🦃 A Little Thanksgiving From Me to You

Growing up in Russia, Thanksgiving was something I only saw in American movies — big tables, warm lighting, people actually smiling at each other. Honestly, I didn’t understand it.
We didn’t have that. In my family, nobody sat around talking about gratitude… they were too busy arguing about who said what in 1917.
So I used to dream - quietly - of having my own version someday. A big table. People who actually love each other. Zero drama. Just peace.
That was my “American movie fantasy.”
And now, living in the U.S., I finally understand why this day matters.
It’s not the turkey. It’s not the parade.
It’s the idea of choosing your people.
The idea of building the family you wish you had.
Sitting with my own family now - four kids, three dogs - I look around and feel like, “Wow… we did it. We built this.”
And then there’s you — the 10,000+ people who let me into your inbox, your business, your product struggles, your wins, your late-night doubts, all of it.
I’m insanely thankful for that.
Because this community isn’t one-sided.
I help you when you need it — with tools, data, advice, occasional tough love.
And I know that if one day I needed help?
You wouldn’t disappear.
We built something real here.
Historically, the first Thanksgiving was all about survival - literally. People coming together because winter was no joke and collaboration meant living to see spring.
Ecommerce is not that different - except now instead of harvesting crops, we harvest keywords… and instead of preparing for winter, we prepare for Q4 returns.
So from my heart - the Russian one that learned how to celebrate Thanksgiving a little later in life -
Happy Thanksgiving.
Thank you for being my people.
Thank you for letting me be part of your journey.
And thank you for giving me the kind of “big table” I used to dream about.
If You Ignore This During Black Friday, You're Cheating on Your Own Growth
but you? You’re on the inside.
EPFN family gets the velvet-rope treatment — meaning you can slip in right now, poke around before the crowd shows up, and grab what you want before the amateurs even find the door.
We’re dropping our internal SOPs.
Yes. Those SOPs.
The exact documentation my team uses to validate, build, and scale products — the ones I swore for years I’d never sell.
I felt sick even deciding to do it, because this is the real engine behind everything we’ve built.
If you’re trying to become an 8-figure seller — or even just trying to finally stop second-guessing product ideas — not having these SOPs is the thing keeping you stuck.
Black Friday opens tonight.
Because you're EPFN family, you don’t have to wait — you can access it right now until 10:00 PM EST with extra $$$ OFF.
🎁 Extra Discount Code: EPFN

Code Valid ONLY until 10:00 PM EST today — after that, it’s gone.
No extensions, no “oops I forgot,” nothing.
If you’re serious about 2026 being your best year, this is one of those moments that separates people who grow… from people who keep scrolling.
When I Doubt a Product, I Let SmartScout Bring Me Back to Reality
Let me be real with you for a second.
Anytime I start getting too excited about a product idea — that little spark like, “Ooh this could be the one!” — that’s exactly when I take a breath and open SmartScout.
Because that excitement?
Yeah… it’s cute, but it’s also dangerous.
I’ve learned that the moment you start wanting an idea to work is the moment you need data the most.
And SmartScout is the tool that reminds me to stop acting emotional and start acting like someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
The feature that saves me over and over?
ADSpy.
ADSpy basically lets you peek into your competitors’ PPC spend without the awkward small talk.

You see how much they’re paying, how hard they’re fighting, and whether the niche is a gentle pond… or a shark tank.
Then I always look at the conversion rate of the top listings.
If it’s bad?
That’s when my shoulders relax.
Because it means:
“Okay… there’s room. A lot of room. I can beat this.”
And when you adjust your projections based on a better conversion rate — one you know you can achieve — the entire picture changes.
That’s when a niche starts looking less like a gamble and more like an opportunity with teeth.
This is how I stop guessing.
This is how I stay grounded.
This is how I decide what’s worth my time.
And because SmartScout is ridiculously generous with my EPFN community, they gave you something special:
14 Days FREE Trial
50% OFF for 3 Months
Use it.
Not casually — use it.
Your future products will thank you.
Product Validation & Positioning
Last Saturday, I hosted a webinar that was basically a crash course in how not to blow your product launch in 2026.
We talked product validation, positioning, demand risk, conversion math, and all the little details people love to ignore… right up until their inventory shows up and reality punches them in the throat.
If you want to fall asleep to something smarter than Netflix — something that’ll actually make you money instead of stealing your time — here’s the replay.
Your future self will high-five you.

Your competitors are already automating. Here's the data.
Retail and ecommerce teams using AI for customer service are resolving 40-60% more tickets without more staff, cutting cost-per-ticket by 30%+, and handling seasonal spikes 3x faster.
But here's what separates winners from everyone else: they started with the data, not the hype.
Gladly handles the predictable volume, FAQs, routing, returns, order status, while your team focuses on customers who need a human touch. The result? Better experiences. Lower costs. Real competitive advantage. Ready to see what's possible for your business?
The Real Reason You Should Be Using Memes in Your Listing
Every time I review a listing, there’s this moment where I can almost feel the shopper’s brain shutting down.
Too many words. Too many features.
Too much “Look at me, I’m a serious product!”

And that’s when I think,
“Man… if they just dropped ONE good meme in here, this whole listing would wake up.”
Because memes do something magical: they snap people out of autopilot.
It’s like you’re scrolling… scrolling… scrolling…
and then suddenly you hit something that makes you smirk.
Your brain goes, “Oh. A human lives here.”
That’s the power.
A meme isn’t about being funny — it’s about breaking resistance.

It interrupts the pattern just long enough for the shopper to actually feel something other than overwhelm.
And the moment you create an emotional reaction — even a tiny laugh — your listing becomes memorable.
People buy what they remember.
So if your competitor is showing the same over-filtered lifestyle photo for the 400th time…
and you slide in with a meme that says the thing everyone is thinking but nobody is saying…
guess who wins?

Not because your product is better.
But because your connection is.
Memes aren’t decoration.
They’re psychology wrapped in humor — and they work every single time.
“Be thankful for how far you’ve come,
but be ruthless about where you’re going”
Happy Thanksgiving!
Izabella
